Sometimes it's pretty great to be me. 'Cause today I met someone who has got something that I would love to own: a gold Olympic medal. How cool is that! I met her for an interview in Deventer, a small town in the east of The Netherlands. And (as always) I was a little early, so I went for a little walk and discovered some cute shops!
Well, this is actually quite a lousy piece of advice, 'cause this pop-up shop was only there for today. But still I want to show it, as I think it's so great that more and more of these pop-up shops can be found throughout The Netherlands. In this big empty shop in the middle of a busy shopping street full of chain shops was this pop-up store, containing a couple of shops that sold handmade goods. And it was really busy too. Heart warming!
And a must-see in Deventer is Hoge Ramen, a great gift shop with paper goods, books and clothes by King Louie. And it's a huge store too!
And my interview? That went very well. Through Twitter I found out that she actually really liked being interview by me. Isn't that bizar? But a very nice compliment. I'll definately get back to Deventer someday.
