Geloof me, ik heb echt een hele leuke baan. Maar toen ik vanochtend wakker werd met het idee dat het vrijdag was, was het toch een beetje een teleurstelling dat ik nog 2 dagen werk voor de boeg had. En natuurlijk bleven de creatieve ideeën de hele dag maar komen. Oneerlijk!
Trust me, I have a great job. But this morning when I woke up, I thought it was Friday. So you can imagine my dissapointment that I had two days of work ahead of me. And the creative ideas kept flowing. Unfair!
Misschien ben ik de allerlaatste op aarde die hier nu aan verslingerd is, maar voila. Washitape. Het is geweldig, veelzijdig en zó vrolijk! ByKris verkoopt het en PS Ik hou van je ook! En dan zijn er nog geweldigerds die zelf washitape maken. Dat vind ik wel knap, maar werkt het ook?
Maybe I am literally the last person out there, but I just love washitape since a few weeks! It's fabulous and versatile and happy. ByKris sells it and so does PS Ik hou van je. And then there's clever people who make washitape themselves. I like that idea, but does it work?
En ik kon het dus niet laten om even de Hema in te lopen tijdens mijn pauze. Ik stuitte op deze geweldige labels. Een heel pak vol.
I couldn't help but walk into a Hema department store on my lunch break and I found these great label tags. A huge bunch of them.
Tsja, en als je dan toch bezig bent, mag bakkerstouw eigenlijk niet ontbreken. Ook hierin ben ik nogal laat met aanhaken, maar vooruit! Maar ik vind het stiekem wel een beetje duur. Dus wat je nu ziet is eigenlijk slagerstouw. Juist ja, om je rollade mee dicht te binden. Een enorme rol voor een paar euro. Nu zie ik een paar lichtgevoelige vegetariërs flauwvallen, maar geen zorgen! Het is schoon en heeft nog niet om een ex-dier heen gezeten! Voor andere zuinigerds: je kunt het dus ook zelf maken. Kijk maar hier en hier.
Oh and while I was at it: bakers twine. I realise that also considering this I am rather late, but here I am. But seriously, I do think it's a bit expensive though! So what you see is actually butcher twine. That's right, to tie together your stuffed chicken and all that. I see some light hearted vegetarians fainting, but don't worry, it's all clean and hasn't been used on an ex-animal! And for the other penny pinchers: you can make your own bakers twine. En normaal gesproken ben ik ook helemaal niet zo van het 'bijzonder inpakken', maar dankzij zo veel creatieve en inspiratievolle blogs ben ik wel een beetje om. Dit was mijn eerste poging. Niet gek toch?
Normally I am not so much about special gift wrapping, but thanks to so many creative and inspirational blogs out there I see what pretty things you can do about wrapping. This was my first attempt, not bad eh!
