Bij mijn nieuwe baan werk ik niet meer om de hoek van een hele leuke kringloopwinkel helaas. Dat was wel een voordeel van mijn oude werk, daar kon ik tussen de middag vaak even heerlijk gaan neuzen. Nu heb ik helemaal geen spijt van de overstap naar een nieuwe baan, maar dit betekent wel dat ik mijn kringloopactiviteiten wat beter moet plannen.
At my new job I don't work around the corner from a fabulous thrift shop, like I did at my old job. At lunch time I would often go there and wander around all the goodies. I really don't regret switching jobs, though this means that I need to plan my thrifting activities a bit better.
Afgelopen vrijdag had ik eindelijk weer eens tijd om een kringloop te bezoeken, een die ik nog niet kende. En meteen bingo! Een vintage dienblad van Douwe Egberts en een ontzettend leuk jaren '70 stofje. Blij!
Last Friday I finally had time to go thrifting again, so I visited a thrift shop that I hadn't visited before. And I found such lovely vintage goodies. A vintage tray by Douwe Egberts (a Dutch coffee brand, which used to make gorgious storage tins and such) and a fun piece of 70s fabric. Happy happy!
